    Kang G. Shin
    Kang G. Shin (personal homepage) is the Kevin and Nancy O'Connor Professor of Computer Science, and the Founding Director of the Real-Time Computing Laboratory (RTCL) in the Electrical Engineering and Computer Science Department at The University of Michigan. He currently leads several major research projects in the areas listed here, applying their results to real-life applications, and educating students and industry engineers.

    Liangkai Liu (personal homepage) is a research fellow at the University of Michigan, working in the Real-Time Computing Lab. Previously, he earned a PhD in Computer Science from Wayne State University. His research interests are in computing systems for autonomous driving and edge computing.

    Hsun-Wei Cho is currently a Ph.D. student at the University of Michigan. He received the B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from National Taiwan University in 2018. His research interests are in communication, mobile and networking systems.

    Kailai Cui
    Kailai Cui is a first year Ph.D. student at the University of Michigan. He works with Prof. Kang G. Shin on mobile computing and sensor systems. Previously he earned B.S. in computer science and B.S. in mathematics at William & Mary.

    Noah T. Curran
    Noah T. Curran (personal homepage) is a PhD student at the University of Michigan, working in the Real-Time Computing Lab. Previously, he earned a B.S. in Computer Science (Hons.) and a B.S. in Mathematics from Purdue University. His research interests are in automotive and mobile security.

    Wei-Lun Huang
    Wei-Lun Huang is a Ph.D. student at the University of Michigan. He works on embedded security with Prof. Kang G. Shin and many other excellent people in the Real-Time Computing Lab. He received his B.S.E. degree from the Electrical Engineering department at National Taiwan University.

    Brian Jay Tang (personal homepage) is a PhD student at the University of Michigan working with Professor Shin in the Real Time Computing Lab. Brian earned his B.S. in Computer Science at the University of Wisconsin – Madison. His research interests are in the intersection of machine learning and security & privacy.

    Mingke Wang (personal homepage) is a second-year Ph.D. student at the University of Michigan working with Prof. Kang G. Shin, at the Real-Time Computing Lab. His research interests are in the area of mobile sensing and security.
